Privacy & your account.

We use the contact, vehicle, appointment, and service information you provide to arrange visits, perform automotive service, and maintain your service history.

Accounts and records

Customer accounts can access their own records. Authorized staff use the CRM to manage appointments and service. Appointment details may be added to the business Google Calendar. We do not publish customer names, addresses, or appointment details on the public availability calendar.

Customer statements

Statements are published only after you agree to publication and staff approve them. Google reviews, when connected, are attributed to their original authors and linked to Google.

Service providers

The application uses Vercel for hosting, Supabase for account and database services, and Google Calendar when connected. These services process information needed to operate the application.

Contact and requests

For account, correction, or deletion requests, contact natesmobileautomotive@gmail.com. Business service records may need to be retained even when an account is closed. Never submit payment card numbers through appointment notes or profile fields.
